Hello everyone, I thought I'd show you my water fuel cells and the torch I made. A lot of trial and error to make the torch light! Actually, I spent many hours on the whole project, and it has been a learning experience. I started with Sir Hoax's clam shell idea and a gatorade bottle for a bubbler.....several explosions later, I got smart and made lots of tiny improvements and upgrades. Each time I made an improvement, it got better and better. It is still a work in progress. 30 seconds in a video is a very short time to explain! I could talk about this all day! Since I made my flash back arrestor, I have not had one single tiny or big explosion. Ok bla bla bla...........here it is. Eddie

Awesome work Eddie, yes GOOD thinking there with the bubblers Great safety...
How many amps and at what voltage to make your hho for your torch?
Thanks for sharing!

Hello Mart, Thanks for the reply! I was begining to think no one cared...LOL! Yes...a flashback arrestor in conjunction with two bubblers as an absolute stop measure is in my opinion a nessesary feature. Not only for personal safety, but for the protection of the cells themselves. I put a lot of work into the construction of the cells, and it would be a shame to have to start from scratch because a flashback destroyed my containers. Ok...volts and amps....I'm having difficulty delivering the voltage I want, and the amperage. With two "used car batteries" wired in parallel I'm getting only 11 volts, but I have been able to get up to 20 amps. My torch will not light under 15 amps. I have built an "HHOmeter"...a gas measuring device, and so far it seems I'm getting a dissapointing 1/2 a liter per minuite production. I believe the problem lies in the cell construction and air leaks! I have used "home depot wall plates", they are 304 stainless, and they work ok. The problem is that good 316 stainless plates are very expensive and beyond my budget at this point. The other thing I have learned during this project is that everything has to be absolutely air tight....the smallest leak can result in the torch NOT lighting. I need to buy some fine bronze wool, and use that in a flashback arrestor design. My flame is capeable of being an inch or longer in length, and thus more powerfull, but also more dangerous and prone to flash back. I believe I can design a safe free flowing arrestor with the bronze wool. I would like to see my production reach 2 liters per minute before I even consider adding this system to a vehicle to improve gas mileage. On a positive note.....every time I make an upgrade to my design, like heavy duty wireing, better hoses, better bubblers, more plates, neutral plates, better torch design, wider stoppers, better connectors, ect., I get better performance. I started with three plates and a gatorade bottle for a bubbler!...LOL!! So anyway, I'm just trying to say that this project has come a long way....and I still have a long way to go. So.....C'mon Teep members, show me your HHO projects! Let's learn from each other. I will be happy to help anyone on this forum with what I have learned. Eddie

Ive just started with the HHO, my first video is on utube already. It shows the production on my cell when receiving power from my dual SSG. Production is limited but I've had better performance this evening. The Cell performs very well but hot under mains supply, at the moment I've decreased the number of plates and am running 40V in series batteries. Production is good. Any info relating to building a torch? Paul

Dear all, I think the resonant frequency of water is 40Khz so you could try modulating your electrical supply at this frequency - TAKE CARE, ive heard of water punching through concrete when excided with enough power at this frequency Chris |

Hello, great to see people making cells, it gives me hope for the future! Nice job on the coils and cell and rotor. Most people dont realize the effort that goes into the construction of these devices. It is a labor of love. If you want to produce large amounts of hho, study the dry cell designs on utube. I'm not sure why they call them dry cells, they still use water just not as much and they seem to be much more efficiant...."forgive my spelling". The utube hho experimentors have come a long way. There are now cells that can produce 20 liters per minute and more. Why is this important? Because when we are able to reach 70 to 80 lpm it should then be possible "in theory" to run your car on just hho. That could change the world I was able to get my torch to work @ 1 lpm. 12 volts and a minimum of 20 amps. 20 amps would fry the bedini. So anyhow, ...great experiment, keep up the good work and thank you for your post. Eddie

Hey Paul, I learned to build my torch by watching Jeff Sokul's videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sg4sO_6ofMA&feature=channel_page
or just search for hho torch on utube and look for rain4fuel. I'm not sure about the spelling. He has a great how to video on the torch. Hope that helps. Eddie
