Hello everyone, I have been using a 12 volt car battery and a battery charger to do my HHO experiments. With different amounts of electrolite I can controll the amperage draw to the cells. As the battery starts draining and the voltage drops I start the battery charger to try to maintain a steady voltage. Not very high tech, but it's working and I'm getting good results at 6 VDC per cell and 7.5 Amperes. Unfortunately that is the max voltage without adding another battery. It would be nice to have more precise controll over the amount of volts and Amps I can deliver. After building the Daftmans Bedini circuit, I am hooked on electronics!...."It's a good thing"! I searched for bench top power supplys, didn't find many over 10 amps. And expensive! GEEZ! I stumbled across this web site and fell in love with this "build it yourself" power supply. Since I'm very much a beginner at electronics, I feel a little like a guitar student wanting to play a difficult solo on his second lesson! Ok I'm babbling, here is the link. http://www.uoguelph.ca/~antoon/circ/circuits.htm Please check it out and let me know what you all think. Daftman do you think this is something a beginner can acomplish? I think everyone experimenting with HHO would love to have this unit. This web site is also a treasure chest with lots of cool circuits. Eddie
