Hello TEEP, My name is Kirk Wendel, Lorke on the Nets.
I am new to the studies of alternative power production. However, I have spent about 40 hours this last month looking into the subject. Youtube, This forum, Energetic forum, basic electronics (2 books) and I have started putting a shop together.
The fun part is one of my co-workers use to make custom control circuits for the Oil Drilling industry. He is just as interested and should help me get up to speed faster.
To cut to the chase here, I have seen MANY MANY books suggested in the last month. To many to pick from really with out knowing a bit more then I do now.
So I would like to ask; " What book or books could PEEP contributors suggest, to help focus my conceptual knowledge on the subject of power generation, as in Bedini and others?
I Have access to Solar, Wind and even Hydro power generation books and contractors. I am more interested in the Charging, and close to Unity devices and research.
Thanks and I do look forward to working with you all.

personnally, i don't know spacific books, but and can reccomend areas that you'll want to know atleast the basics of...
Battery technology - Whats inside a battery and how it works Electro-Magnetism - how and why a magnetic field is formed when you pass a current through a coil of wire any book on perminant magnet motors, DC or AC
To be honest i can't think of much else... being firmiliar with the laws of phisics is handy as well as having various phisics and electronics formulas to hand and understanding how to use them...
It all does depend on what you want to get into... wether it's cold charging batteries or if you want to take a shot at getting over unity... I spent about 3 months or so going through every singe utube video on "bedini" and "overunity" starting from the oldest first to get up-to-date on whats allready been tried, what works and what doesn't... And then i started with something small...
i hope i helped a bit...

Hi CW, Battery first it is. My son has been trying to come up with a science project for 5th grade science fair. I asked if he wanted to 'Make' some batteries and he is excited.
Hows that for conservation of energy? lol |

hmmm home made science fair batteries huh.... a cool little project i think would be the earth battery, are you could do the Egyptian style batteries, i think they call them the Baghdad battery however this battery style was formed by the Egyptian if i am correct.

Ok this is my pennies worth.
How about a living battery with an up to date twist lets see if we can run an LED? It’s been a long time since I played around with this one. (I was a schoolboy my self)
If anyone interested I’ll post some kind of diagram, I may do a quick video.

Teep, are you talking about a human battery? like with static energy? i do have to say those are extremely interesting..if that is what your talking about

Well, on the subject of 'living' batteries, i wonder if you could use a lemon or potato while it's still growing...
However, i remember something from a few years ago about a watch that charges itself from the human body... Now, the human body shoots micro volts of electricity all over on top of that, the human body builds up hundreds of volts of static electricity... Can it be used is another question...
The other thing is... why hasn't this been introduced for watches? why did it fail? can WE come up with solutions to those problems?

A boys dream sticking pins in things!
Has you can see from the illustration you have a 6 inch nail in the soil that’s the negative, the pins in the plant are the positive. You will probably need to link more plants up in series for it to work properly.
I know the plant battery works but I’ve not tried the setup in the illustration so if anyone gives it a go let us know how you get on.
Note, the resistor may need replacing or even removing.

I will have to see what I can find for potted plants. Earth & Egyptian/Baghdad style batteries will be looked into also.
My boy wants more then one type now. Potato with Zink coated nail and Iron nail. Planned on lighting a bulb with this as the components are the easiest to work in mass. 0.4 volts
Also my son found a 'safe' one using activated charcoal wrapped in a brine soaked rag, wrapped in tinfoil. Not a bad little producer. 0.6 volts. This is a fun one because as you squeeze the cell (nice demo here) you reduce the internal resistance by crushing the charcoal. Getting a bit higher voltage.
last for now, I have copper, brass and alum tubes at 5/32 inch x .014 wall thickness. These have been fun to get as many people as we can to hold both poles, Adding 'cells' in parallel. Each person adds about o.15 volts. seems to be peeking out at 0.8.
we will be adding amp readings as we fill out his data charts. And yes, he is still having fun.
Now that is the fun part. Back to the chemistry books and Periodic table for me to get a real handle on all this. lol
Its like building a puzzle but you have never seen the picture, and you only get 3 pieces a week. |

cass, magnet batteries? i think i might know what you mean, but just incase i'm wrong, explain more about what you mean by magnet batteries...

ahh yes the magnet battery....
ok picture a horseshoe magnet with the metal bar that comes with it. i forget what the name for this bar is called, i think it might be called a keeper but dont quote me on that lol.
ok so you have the magnet and the bar, now you need a non magnetic material, say a napkin or paper towel.
place the paper towel between the keeper and the horseshoe magnet. and there you have it, just check for voltages, it will be very low but its the idea of free energy thats the bigger picture here.
to check for voltages sand or scrape away the paint at the curve of the horseshoe magnet and the outer coating of the top of the bar.
there was some guy who had an entire website devoted to this but for some reason "they" shut him down.. in one of his descriptions he said he was able to make a set up that would have 5 volts just using a horseshoe magnet the metal bar, and a non magnetic material. however he did not say what the non magnetic material was but he said its a common material in all electronics.

well in thinking about this I would have to guess and say graphite or carbon?

Interesting wrapping the U mag with a tri-coil and pulsing the wave is producing some interesting results.... try it and let me know what you think?
