Does anyone on this forum have experience with Joe Cells or Moe Joe Cells(Spherical Joe Cell)? I've been experimenting with them for about a year and have had so so results. I've had modest efficiency increases in various automobiles. I need to find a way of charging the cell. We have been under the assumption to use low voltage at next to no amps as to preserve the integrity of the water. I've been told to use anything from a pulse width modulator to a Tesla Coil. I'm a newbie when it comes to electronics and would appreciate any suggestions.
I suggest you go to REX REASEARCH .com tthey have lotts of useful infom on that site and alot of OLD and forgoton proven theory as well as public patents. Another one thoe not maintained well is: ICESTUFF.con I like there site though it seems to have alot of broken links
