BiDaDiKuNuKu	Posted - 01/04/2009 : 1:22:04 PM hi all and hi to theDaftman, I started to view some vids on Bedini motor a week ago becoz i was looking for a way to make energie but without using the sun or wind. I did not know anything about it but with the help of theDaftman, introvertebrate and skycollection vids-tips and Diagram i have made 1 and its running 2day. I have watch many other vids but these 3 people gave me the info and inspiration i needed. Its a very simpel motor becoz i wanna know how it all works first and understand the bedini circuit be4 making a better 1. Gonna make some pics and will upload them here with the info about my Bedini Motor. Thought you might have the belts in place and was ... well I can wait. belts r out the window 4 now...like i mention in the Vid i would like 2 use Gears...so gears it is...;-) just bought a bandsaw...ima gonna start making some gears(spur) this weekend...form wood...test phase 4 gears just opened...:) cant just mix HV with HC dont know about mixing the 2 but 1 can use them in parralel...;-) @ CW... I knew it was big, didn't think you were going this big! it does look bigger in the pics and Vid... but now i can get 2 any part of it without getting my fingers stuck...:)) i'm still concerned about the amount of lenz this thing will produce u know i dont like mr lenz...lol...but dont worry...1 word "BaLaNcE"...or maybe ima insane??...yehhh abit...:) dont bet u $$ on it yet...with the first test run i will know enough...;-) @ Max... with the electric motor it should not be to much of a factor... it dont have 2 do with the electro motor(maybe just abit)...;-)...BaLaNcE...lemme make a good test run first be4 i say more about it... no need 2 say something without testing it first...:)) Peace! CW mentioned to Vesper that you cant just mix HV with HC. Is your setup different in some way I am missing? **Its like building a puzzle but you have never seen the picture, and you only get 3 pieces a week.**

I know it is an expense but for all the drawings I have to do in a week I am saving a forest. In my motor post "My new motor prototype" you asked me what program I use. for at motor I mainly used "Alibre" it is not cheep but works great it cost around $3,000 USD for what I have in the program. HV ones r like 756 feet of lenght and HC ones r like 150 turns...the HV ones r bought like that...the HC ones i wound them myself... By turning the rotor by hand i get 1.8/2.1Vac from each coil...low rpm...@ this low rpm i get nothing from the HC ones...thats normal... Rotor :... Rotor have 16 magnetes...8 on each side...alternating N - S... I may put 16(8 on each side) magnetes more on the rotor 2 produce more energy...when i have it running than i can be sure if it need more or not... ============================================= Small units :... Each unit have 24 High voltage coils... All r 0.25mm and around 350 turns...i bought these also like this...dont wanna think that i have 2 wound this much by hand... By turning the rotors by hand i get 2.8/3.2Vac from each coil... Rotors :... Both rotors have 6 magnetes...alternating N - S... ============================================= Drive unit :... 1 electromotor 230VAC 1-1,5 amp @ 2600RPM...depends on the load... But just 2 be safe i have a few electrmotors of 12V and 18VDC... ============================================= Transfer system :... I would like 2 use gears... Pully`s r also nice and more flexibel 2 use and i can make those pully`s meself...now if i only can find somne nice belts... Ratio`s ima thinking of is 4 the Big rotor...1:2.0/2.5 For the smaller rotors like...1:3.0/3.5 Meaning that if all goes well...Big rotor should spin around 5000 to 6000 RPM...(keep abit of slipping in mind) And the smaller ones like 7500 to 8500...(but time will tell if it will get 2 these RPM`s) With these speeds the coils should produce very interesting energy... ============================================= Connection :... Oke...from HV/HC coils of the Big unit produced energy goes 2 FWBR`s which goes 2 a Capbank(s)(100.000/400.000 4 now)which goes 2 VR(12v steady flow)... Than goes 2 1 battery(12V) which goes 2 a tranformer/inverter(12V=230V) and than goes 2 the electromotor....pffffff... And yes ima will try 2 bypass the battery when it is well balanced... Writing so many stuff is madness...not my thing......hahaha... I hope this give u teeps a idea what ima going 4... And the energy produced from the smaller units???...well thats is stage 3 me friends...pfffff again... 1 stage at the time...otherwise it will make me go bananas...and i do love bananas(rich in potasium)...hahah... Fingers are crossed for ya! You could save me (and just maybe others) 6 pages of reading if you wrote up a quick recap on the concepts your running with. Power to the motor, 3 harvesting rigs. Each on its own circuit? AC or pulsed DC? Are you combining the outputs? If not, how will you be breaking up (putting to use) the outputs? LOL I will go back and read the 6 pages. I know more now then when I started last month, so maybe I will pick up something I missed the first time through. Beautiful workmanship on the full set up by the way.
